We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, refuse an order, or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, inventory issues, promotion errors, system errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issues.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an order is affected by an error, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issue.
Shipping fees, discounts, taxes where applicable, and the final order total will be shown at checkout before payment.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. Depending on availability, Elebles may accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Payment transactions are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our website.
If a payment provider or card issuer does not authorize your payment, we are not responsible for delays or failure to process the order.
6. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, materials, and availability accurately. However, product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and display differences.
Product availability may change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product information, or cancel unavailable items when necessary.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently accept orders for delivery addresses in the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.
Orders of $36.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $36.00 have a $6.00 standard shipping fee.
Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time. Processing Time is usually 1-3 business days. Standard Transit Time is usually 12-15 business days after shipment. Estimated total delivery time is usually 13-18 business days from the order date.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, address issues, weather, high-volume periods, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, lost packages, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact customer service within 30 days after delivery before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned package is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
