Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Elebles. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping fees are calculated, and what you can expect after placing an order.
Shipping Area
We currently accept orders for delivery addresses in the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $36.00 or more.
- A $6.00 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $36.00.
The shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping Time
Total estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Processing Time + Transit Time
Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
Standard Transit Time: 12-15 business days after the order has been shipped.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 13-18 business days from the order date.
Business days generally exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, promotional periods, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping Carrier
We work with available shipping carriers and logistics partners to deliver orders to eligible U.S. addresses. The final carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, service availability, and shipping route.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at help@elebles.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Delayed, Lost, or Delivered Packages
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of carrier delays, address issues, weather, customs or logistics checks, high-volume periods, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address, cancel the order, or modify the items.
