We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at help@elebles.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags, labels, and packaging when applicable
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order information

We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, odors, missing tags, missing packaging, or other conditions that make the item unsuitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie, underwear, and sleepwear
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings, hair accessories, and other hygiene-sensitive accessories
  • Personal care items
  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, misuse, alteration, or customer handling

How to Start a Return

Please email help@elebles.com with:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Item name or SKU
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After your request is reviewed, our customer service team will provide return instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send your package to any address unless customer service confirms the return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved after review, we may provide a replacement, refund, exchange, or return instructions depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Most approved returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned package. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size or color, please contact us first so we can check availability and provide the next steps.

If the requested exchange item is not available, we may recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
