What if an item is sold out or unavailable in my size?

Some sizes or products may sell out quickly. If an item, size, or color is unavailable, you may contact us at help@elebles.com with the product name, size, and color. We will let you know if restock information or another suitable option is available.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you have a valid coupon code, enter it in the discount or coupon field at checkout before payment. Coupon codes must be applied before an order is placed and cannot usually be added after payment.

I am not sure about sizing. How should I choose?

Please check the size chart and product details on the product page before placing an order. If you need help with measurements or fit, contact us before purchase.

Do you have a physical store?

Elebles is currently an online-only store. We sell through https://elebles.com/ and currently serve customers in the United States only.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

An order may be shipped in more than one package if items are packed separately, require additional quality checking, or cannot be shipped safely in one package. If this happens, tracking information may be sent separately for each package.

Why is the product color slightly different from what I saw online?

Product colors may look slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and display differences. We try to show product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. Depending on availability, we may accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try to help cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Orders of $36.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $36.00 have a $6.00 standard shipping fee. The shipping amount will be shown before payment at checkout.

Which country do you ship to?

We currently accept orders for delivery addresses in the United States only. Shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment approval and item availability confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends, U.S. public holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume periods.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Estimated total delivery time is usually 13-18 business days from the order date. This includes 1-3 business days for processing and 12-15 business days for standard transit after shipment.

How do I check my order status?

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours after the carrier receives the package.

Returns

Can I return my item?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Most approved returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
